Kung Hei Fat Choi! Happy Year of the Dragon!

I made this in honour of the Chinese new year.  I found the tutorial on the wonderful BakeHappy's blog.  The dragon is homemade vanilla marshmallow fondant and the cupcake is nummy chocolate with vanilla buttercream frosting.
